- The customer must hold a valid Indian or International driving license permissible in India and present it at the time of bike pickup
- Original Voter ID/Pan card/Aadhaar card will have to be kept with the supplier at the time of collecting the bike
- Bikes need to be picked from the mentioned pickup point and returned by 9:30 A.M., post which full day charges will be applicable
- In case of any damage to the bike, customer needs to pay for repair in cash Helmet for pillion rider is subject to availability at an additional cost
