Meet up point

  • Pick up time: 4 hours before your flight departure time at LHR

Itinerary

  • Pick Up Information-Airport Pick Up
  • Pick up time is dependent on the state of immigration, customs, and baggage clearance times
  • Pick up time for intercontinental flights: 30 or 45 minutes after landing
  • Pick up time for European and domestic flights: 20 minutes after landing
  • Meeting point for Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSMITH
  • Meeting point for Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee
  • After being cleared at the customs, meet your driver at the arrival barrier in the arrival hall. Drivers will be holding a sign board with your name
  • In case of delayed flights or not being able to locate the driver, please contact the operator’s emergency phone line indicated on your voucher immediately before making any alternate arrangements
  • If any flight delays are not relayed to the transfer operator, the driver will only wait for up to 90 minutes from the specified time of landing. If the driver has still not received contact from the passengers within the time frame, the passengers will have to make their own way to the city and no refunds shall be granted
  • The driver will load the passengers’ luggage and all passengers will be escorted to the car
  • The passengers’ luggage will be unloaded upon arrival at the hotel. The driver or concierge will take the items into the hotel foyer

Note

  • Infants and children, regardless of age, count as full fare paying passengers
  • Child seats are available upon request but will incur an additional surcharge to be paid in cash directly to the driver. Please indicate how many children will be joining at checkout page
  • Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) and golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances
  • An additional surcharge of 50% will apply for services scheduled on 25-26 December and 1 January. Please contact us should you wish to book one of these dates
  • For departure transfers, it is strongly suggested to book your pick up4 hours before your flight departure time
  • Please note that no extra stops or beyond service area transfers would be provided
