Description of the Experience
Surrounded by dotted hills known for tea plantations, Munnar is an idyllic hill station in the Western Ghats region of the Indian state of Kerala. Touted to be God’s own country, Kerala is rich in scenic beauty, natural landscapes, and green living. Munnar, the hill station was the former resort to the British Raj Elite and revers a vintage charm. The trip to explore Munnar begins as you arrive at the Kochi Airport/Station, and take the mesmerizing drive through the hills to Munnar. After a night’s rest, the day breaks with an itinerary to explore the vivid attraction points i.e. Kundala Lake, Echo Point, Hydel Park, Mattupetty Dam, Tea Museum and Gardens, 19th century Eravikulam National Park, etc. The popular Anamudi Peak and Lakkam Waterfalls are must-visits.

Itinerary
- Day 1 - Kochi to Munnar (130 km/4 hrs)
- Transfer to Munnar after pickup.
- On the way enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cheeyappara as well as Valara waterfalls and lush green tea meadows, the famous produce of the city of Munnar.
- Check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2- Munnar Sightseeing - Enjoy a day visiting the famous sights of Munnar
- This will include Mattupetty Dam (a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar) and Kundala Lake (a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having an excellent view of the Western Ghats as well as the forest surrounding it).
- Next visit the Eco point and tea plantations along with the famous Tea Museum, Blossom Park, and Hydel Park.
- In the afternoon, you will be going to the famous Eravikulam National Park, to see the famous and endangered Nilgiri Tahr. The hills in the national park are considered to be the highest in all of Kerala.
- After a visit to the adventure park and taking an optional Ayurvedic Massage Trekking, you will be taken back to the hotel for the night.
Day 3- Check-out - After checking out, you will be picked up from the hotel and taken to Kochi where the experience comes to an end.
