Description of the Experience
"Highlights of Cochin + Ayurvedic Massage " is a privately conducted day tour which covers the most important attractions in and around Fort Cochin. Tour duration is approximately between 4 - 5 hours.This tour will be a guided tour and a English speaking guide will be with you throughout the tour for explaining the history about the attractions and highlights of Cochin.Begin with a visit to Fort Kochi, a region in the city of Kochi in the state of Kerala, India. This is part of a handful of water-bound regions toward the south-west of the mainland Kochi, and collectively known as Old Kochi or West Kochi. Head towards the oldest active synagogue in South India, Jewish Synagogue. Stroll along Jew Street and hop into Jew Town shops. After this, visit two of the oldest European churches in India: St. Francis Church and Santa Cruz Basilica. Adjacent to this is Mattancherry. After the sightseeing tour, 45 mins full body Ayurvedic Massage will be arranged and later transfer back to Cochin

Itinerary
- 9:00am pick up from hotel / Cochin Port Ships Berth
- Transfer to Mattancherry to visit the Dutch Palace
- 10:30am approx. head towards the Jewish Synagogue
- Stroll along the Jew Street / Jew Town shops
- 11:30pm approx. transfer to Fort Cochin for a short walking tour visiting St. Francis Church
- Proceed to explore Santa Cruz Basilica and stroll along the street of Fort Cochin to see Chinese fishing nets
- After the sightseeing tour enjoy a 45-minute Ayurvedic full body massage
- 2:30pm drop off to hotel / Cochin Port

- One child under the age of 5 can join the tour free of charge. Any other children under 5 years will pay 25% of the adult cost directly to the operator in cash

- Comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses or sunscreen, hats or scarf are recommended
- Hotel pick up and drop off are available only within Cochin city limits
- The Jewish Synagogue is closed on Friday, Saturday and on Jewish holidays Chendamangalam and Parur Synagogue is closed on Mondays
