Description of the Experience
Valley of Flowers trek to the eponymous Himalayan Valley, where you'll be mesmerized by the rich biodiversity and breathtaking surrounding.The entire valley is in the transition zone between the Himalayas and the Zanskar Range, above the altitude of 11000 feet. Starting from Haridwar, your expedition takes you through Govindghat and Ghangaria villages. In different growing seasons of the year, hundreds of species of colorful flowers bloom in the region. Himalayan black bears, brown bears, snow leopards, red foxes, Himalayan tahrs, musk deer and monals are amongst the wildlife living here.
