Description of the Experience

The first in Asia, Puteri Harbour – a quay side lifestyle retail and family entertainment complex, SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN – the first of its kind outside of Japan, Thomas Town – an indoor theme park that features the famous Thomas & Friends characters on multiple themed rides. Visit the Cat's House, where children can take part in fun tasks, and watch mini shows like Hello Kitty Starlight Sing-A-Long and Hello Kitty Heartful Journey. Join a show at The ‘Purrfect' Stage, where Little Twin Stars and My Melody entertain the family with daily live performances. Burn off steam at Friendship Land, home to themed rides, a playground and a number of attractions. Later, stroll over to Wishful Studio, where everyone can join in workshops like jewelry making and cookie baking. Dress up and get a dance class from Angelina Ballerina, then build a house with Bob's ‘Can-do' Crew at the Build it Zone. Sing along with Barney at his playhouse, visit the igloo with Pingu, and of course, choo-choo along with Thomas on his interactive rides!   • The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the mobile or printed voucher to redeem admission ticket to the park

  • Travelers should obtain all entry or transit visa requirements to Malaysia
  • Passports must have a minimum 6 months validity after completing the journey across Malaysia
  • Children aged 0-2 may enter for free
  • The park is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance
  • If the child is aged 0-2 but is taller than 90cm, you will need to present a proof of identity at the entrance (birth certificate, passport or other relevant documents). If no proof is shown, the park may charge for the child's entry
  • Lockers are available on the ground floor, next to the Customer Service Counter, available in 2 sizes: Small lockers (38.5x50x35cm) at RM10/day, and Big lockers (96x50x50cm) at RM20/day
