  • By Train-From KL Sentral or any KTM station, take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to the Ipoh Railway Station. From there, the park is 25 minutes away by car or taxi
  • By Car-From Kuala Lumpur or Penang: Drive 2 hours via the North-South Highway Once you arrive at the Ipoh City Center, drive 20 minutes via Jalan Tambun road to the park Parking is available at the park at RM1 per entry
  • You can also opt for a one way transfer service from Kuala Lumpur city center to the park

  • Children below 90cm in height can enter for free
  • Child ticket: Age 0-12 and above 90cm in height
  • Proof of identity is required for both child and senior ticket (e.g. birth certificate or passport)
  • No face masks, flippers or large outside flotation devices allowed in the pools
  • For your comfort and safety, all visitors are required to comply with the water park's dress code

  • The e-ticket that will be sent after booking is in A4 size and must be printed in the correct size for admission
  • Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park
