Description of the Experience

The Sanctuary of Truth is one of the largest word carving museums. It is a center of art, a religious shrine and an epitome of architectural insights with religious iconography of the gods of India, Khmer, China, and Thai. It is a cultural monument which was constructed as a major investment by a Thai Millionaire Lek Viriyaphant. With a rooftop that symbolizes a 4-faced Brahma and a throne at the center of the castle, the giant wood structure is designed beautifully preserving the architectural and building techniques of Thailand. Take a tour around the Sanctuary of Truth and learn how the great castle was made with all wood and no nails technique. There are also architectural insights of Butt joints, sapped spurs, wedge techniques, etc that are Thai Intellectuals.   • Children with a height below 110cm are free of charge
